I bought cubs tickets on Ebay, they are bleacher seats and im wondering if you chose where you want to sit when you get there or are there assigned seats

the seats are assigned. many regulars would throw a fit if some tourist came in and took their favorite spot. sit at the spot that is assigned to you. always throw back homerun balls of the opposing team no matter who it was that hit it. and drink many many old styles.
