quite reliable but also a complete con charging loads for tickets and also they only send you the tickets about two weeks before the concert which worried me has i thought they wouldn't come
NO they are NOT reliable. I would avoid them at all costs. They are selling tickets for events that have not yet gone on sale to the general public so you will be handing over money with no guarantee of getting a ticket - so they cannot be reliable.

I see them going down the same route as getmetickets.com

I'm sure some of what they are doing is legal - you can sell tickets on ebay above face value. Difference is, I actually think you would be safer buying them off of ebay as many sellers are now forwarding the original ticket order confirmation emails to buyers. I bought tickets off ebay a few days ago and the seller, as promised, emailed me the order details. There is also some protection with certain purchases on ebay.

Other than the rare purchase off of ebay I ALWAYS buy from ticketmaster.co.uk or seetickets.com/gigsandtours.com. Most artists will actually refer you to one of these websites for their tickets. Tickettout.com is exactly that - a ticket touting website. If you don't want to pay above face value for a sold out event, you could try www.scarletmist.com nearer the time of the event as people often have to cancel at the last minute.
